President Trump asked for Flynn’s resignation due to a lack of trust

Earlier today, White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer briefly discussed the resignation of Lt. Gen  (ret.) Michael Flynn as the National Security Advisor. He stated that President Trump asked Flynn for his resignation not because of any criminal wrongdoing but because of lack of trust.

Earlier today, White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer briefly discussed the resignation of Lt. Gen  (ret.) Michael Flynn as the National Security Advisor. He stated that President Trump asked Flynn for his resignation not because of any criminal wrongdoing but because of lack of trust.

Lt. Gen (ret.) Keith Kellogg has been named the acting National Security Advisor. On the short list for replacements that President Trump is considering includes, former Navy SEAL Bob Howard (you can read more about him in Fru’s recent article), Keith Kellogg, and former CIA director David Petraeus.
