The Pic of the Day: Russia’s rockets are delivered to the launchpad by train

The Soyuz rocket is seen after being rolled out by train to the launch pad, Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2018, at the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. Expedition 57 crew members Nick Hague of NASA and Alexey Ovchinin of Roscosmos subsequent launch in this very rocket was aborted two minutes into the flight. Both crew members returned to earth safely.
