History was made back in 1963 when a C-130 Hercules safely landed on the aircraft carrier USS Forrestal (CVA-59) and then took off again! The C-130, piloted by LT James H. Flatley III actually made 29 touch-and-go landings and 21 full-stop landings. Literally amazing!
