About the author

Born and raised in a suburb on the south side of Chicago. Enlisted into the Army in the mid 70’s, and was selected to attend the Military Academy Prep School from the enlisted ranks. Graduated from the Military Academy in 1983. Retired from the Army in 2007 as a LTC. Recalled to active duty in 2010 to serve as the Assistant Deputy for Language and Culture in ASA, M&RA until 2012. Served as a consultant in the Army G-1, G3/5/7, and ASA, M&RA. Worked as a corporate Vice President for Business Development and retired from civilian work after completing a three-year stretch supporting the Defense Health Agency. Military lead for the ASA, M&RA team that developed the 09L Interpreter/Translator program. Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection Officer Level III. Resides in Martinsburg, WV, and is currently working on the sequel to his first book, “Of Vital Interest”.

The problem with Israel and Hamas is even if they accomplish their stated objective of ridding Gaza of Hamas, they really won’t be able to do that in the long run, as the deep-rooted conflict and historical grievances will continue to fuel the cycle of violence and retaliation.
