Pic of the Day: On Rappel

A grinning soldier from the US Army’s 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) is shown here rappeling from a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter. In addition to the 101st, soldiers from the 1st Armored Division (Old Ironsides), along with the Romanian Land Forces, The Land Army (France), Royal Netherlands Army, and the Slovak Armed Forces rappeled from a Black Hawks in the last phase of the first multinational Air Assault training at the Romanian Air Base, Mihail Kogalniceanu on January 30th, 2023.
