Small taste from the 0.17 Games.
The games welcome athletes who have or are serving in the Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Air Force) and the Security Forces (Police, Fire Brigade, Coast Guard), and the mixed nature of the games allows for the participation of athletes with different athletic backgrounds. The demanding requirements and performance lead them to challenge and surpass their physical limits by employing all their tactical and psychological, strength and skills.
The Games are being held for the third consecutive year, and the two previous events had seen participants both from Greece and from all over the world: France, Slovakia, UK, Italy, Belgium, USA and more.
The 2018 Military Games will be hosted by Athens Lion Box and will be held on 26th and 27th of May. The application period starts on the 15th of January 2018 and will continue until early March 2018 and all athletes will go through a qualification procedure after which only 120 athletes will be granted to participate to the Games. Details on the process and registration forms can be found on www.cfmilitarygames.com.
So, if you’re looking to put your fitness to the test and spend a couple of days in the Greek sun, this might just be the thing for you.
