4 x Walking Lunges

4 x Jumping Lunges

4 x Touch Jump (Touch your feet, Jump and raise your knees high, then touch your feet)

2) 5 rounds:

5 x Hang Cleans @ 95lb/135lb

5 x Mixed Grip Pull-ups (one hand palm facing out, other hand opposite)

5 x “V”-ups

3) 5-mile run
