Let’s take a break from all the bad news and watch this cool HD video of an F-15 and B-2 Stealth perform airborne refueling over the skies of New Mexico.

Members of the 931st Air Refueling Wing from McConnell Air Force Base, Kansas, provide aerial refueling support using the KC-135 Stratotanker. This evolution occurred over the skies of southern New Mexico for three B-2 Spirit aircraft from the 72nd Test and Evaluation Squadron (TES), Whiteman AFB, MO. Additionally, three F-15-D Eagle aircraft from the 59th Test and Evaluation Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV took on fuel as well.

The 72nd TES evaluates and implements new equipment, software, and weapon systems specifically for the B-2 fleet. The 59th TES, a unit of the 53rd Wing, has several missions. They plan and execute operational tests for the Air Force’s A-10, F-15, F-16, F-22A and F-35 aircraft.
