The shooter that killed five people and injured eight has been identified as Esteban Santiago. Reports have indicated that he may have had a military ID on him.

The shooting occurred in baggage claim and witnesses stated once Santiago ran out of ammo, he lay on the ground waiting for police to arrest him. There is still heavy police activity at the airport as police work to clear the airport and surrounding buildings. It is unclear at this time but police may have taken another suspect in custody from a nearby parking garage.
