SOFREP sources tell us that the helicopter carrying two SEALs from SEAL Team 3 experienced mechanical failure and was not shot down by Taliban as previously reported.
The two SEALs and Navy EOD were likely part of a sniper over watch element. So far only one SEAL name has been released, David “Davey” Warsen of Michigan.
