Special operations combat medics from the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) navigate the cliff sides of Fort Carson, Colo. training grounds after being dropped off by Black Hawk helicopters Nov. 9. The medics of 10th SFG(A) conducted medical evacuation training by locating mock-casualties on the cliff side, rendering medical aid, and preparing the casualty for evacuation by Black Hawk.
