SOF Pic of the Day: Conventional Troops Train With 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne)

Here we see Forward Observers from the 3rd Battalion, 6th Field Artillery Regiment, and 1st Brigade Combat Team (BCT), both from the 10th Mountain Division. They have been involved in a week of training with 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne).  The troops trained up on Urban/Rural Surveillance, Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and performed Close Quarters Combat drills with their Special Forces counterparts.
