After raiding an objective, Soldiers from Lithuania’s Special Purpose Service Counter-Terrorism unit are exfiltrated on U.S. Army UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters during Exercise Flaming Sword in Panevėžsy, Lt., May 19, 2016. Since 2012, Lithuanian SOF has organized Exercise Flaming Sword with NATO SOF and allied Partners.The aim of this exercise is to train SOF elements at the Special Operations Task Group level to improve interoperability between regional partners.
