The entire website is nothing but propaganda you treasonous pieces of s***! Website is owned and controlled by the subhuman Zionist trash!

For the record, I did warn the CEO that incorporating SOFREP under, “Subhuman Zionist Trash LLC” was a bad idea.

“Hello,

I’m hoping to reach Guy McCardle regarding his story about remembering the men of Operation Red Wings. I’m wondering if he’d be interested in speaking with Char Fontan Westfall, the surviving widow of Navy SEAL Jacques Fontan, who was one of the service members killed during Operation Red Wings.

On the 17th anniversary of Operation Red Wings, Char feels that her experience coping with the loss of her husband is ongoing. The violent death of her husband prompted Char to write a memoir, titled “A Beautiful Tragedy: A Navy SEAL Widow’s Permission to Grieve and a Prescription for Hope,” which details how she found faith and restoration in the midst of the anger, bitterness, and resentment she felt as one of the survivors of Operation Red Wings. The foreword of her memoir is written by Marcus Luttrell.”

We would be happy to put you in touch with Guy and talk to Jacques Fontan’s widow about her husband.

“I would pay top dollar to watch a video of you all killing yourselves. Please shoot yourselves in the head so that I have something to bust a fat nut to.”

Here is one of those letters seeking help and assistance for a budding young lady who wants to be a Navy SEAL.

“I’m a 21 year old woman and I’m training for BUD/S (US Navy SEAL training). How should a woman prepare for BUD/S? How are women treated in BUD/S? Do you have any advice for preparation?
Where would you recommend I start?
According to what some BUD/S dropouts told me, one female SEAL candidate broke her legs in Basic Orientation (BO) which is the first three weeks of BUD/S, another female SEAL candidate broke her legs in BUD/S Prep and a third female SEAL candidate got rolled back in BO for stress fractures. None of them made it.
In November 2021, a woman made it to first phase of BUD/S for the first time in history but she quit on day one after the first hour.”

On how to prepare for BUDS:  Much of the physical training involved upper body strength which women are physiologically disadvantaged in terms of both long bone density and putting on muscle mass.  Pull-ups, lots and lots of pull-ups.

We would also recommend joining a county swim team for the morning and afternoon workouts six days a week that will produce the kind of lean muscle endurance that BUDS requires.  The ability to keep going and going without breaking down and getting too tired to continue can make all the difference  You also need to be as comfortable as a fish in the water.  Comfortable means you can spend hours and hours in the water as comfortably as you can on land.

Get used to being really cold and wet all the time.  The Pacific Ocean off Coronado ranges in temperatures from 63F to 75F. Even 75F is more than 23 degrees below normal body temps and hypothermia can cause you to lose dexterity in just one or two hours of immersion. During BUDS you will have to endure and function in shivering, teeth chattering cold water almost every day, so get used to it.

As to how women will be treated at BUDS: The bad news is that you will be treated badly.  The good news is that everyone is treated badly.

Finally, BUDS is 95% mental.  The Navy can put muscle on you, but it can’t put motivation inside you.  The SEALs are looking for people who would rather die than quit.  Your mental toughness will make all the difference in terms of making it through.  Every SEAL knows a guy in BUDS who had all the physical ability needed to get to graduation but just didn’t have the heart and determination to finish. You will be invited over and over again to just quit, give up, get a hot meal, and some sleep in a warm, soft rack. They make quitting as easy as ringing a bell. And this is on purpose.

Good Luck
