Years ago we had a chance to sit down for an interview with Richard “Demo Dick” Marcinko when he was in town for an event in New York City. For the first time in more than three years, this content is now free for your viewing pleasure.

During this portion of the interview, Dick Marcinko talks about the challenges of building SEAL Team 6 and going against the military norms of the time. He fundamentally changed how they dressed, were equipped, trained, and functioned as a unit. Without the foundation that Dick Marcinko created, SEAL Team 6 wouldn’t be the team that it is today.
