Years ago we had a chance to sit down for an interview with Richard “Demo Dick” Marcinko when he was in town for an event in New York City. For the first time in more than three years, this content is now free for your viewing pleasure.

During this portion of the interview, Dick Marcinko gives his current threat assessment during an interview with Brandon Webb. He states that terrorists making a dirty bomb is a real possibility, as the components are readily available. Even without a dirty bomb, such insurgents can still exploit vulnerabilities in the military by other methods, such as contaminating the water supply or tanking the U.S. economy.

Find out which country he sees as the largest threat to the U.S. Marcinko concludes the interview with his thoughts on female Navy SEALs. He suggests that the best option for incorporating women into the SEALs might be starting a whole new program and growing it from the ground up—similar to how SEAL Team 6 was created.
