We start off this show talking about Jack’s latest investigative piece, “Band of Brothers: Sex crimes and cover-up in the 101st Airborne Division” which really struck a nerve for many. It’s an article that took a lot of research and many firsthand accounts to write, and we feel that this story, which isn’t very pretty, is one that must be told.

Our special guest this episode is J.T. Patten, a former counterterrorism intelligence advisor who is now an author of espionage and military thriller novels. J.T.’s latest is “Safe Havens: Primed Charge,” the follow-up to the highly acclaimed “Safe Havens: Shadow Masters.” He tells us about the dark world of counterterrorism, and what to expect in the latest of the Safe Havens series that follows protagonist Sean Havens.

Can you believe that next week we will be up to episode 200? It’s been an honor reaching you all each week, and you won’t want to miss what we have in store for that episode.
