Former Navy SEAL and FBI Special Agent Jonathan Gilliam and former CIA Case Officer Robert Baer join us on Episode 118.

Over the weekend, a 60 Minutes piece aired in which former Navy SEAL Matt Bissonnette discussed the ongoing NCIS investigation into his book about the Bin Laden raid, No Easy Day, which he penned as Mark Owen.

And on Monday, SOFREP reported that the senior leadership of the Navy’s SEAL community have officially responded to the upcoming Fox News appearance of a former SEAL Team Six member, labeled in an Esquire Magazine article as ‘The Shooter,’ who appeared in the press claiming to have been the operator who shot Usama Bin Ladin in the 2011 raid that killed the Al-Qaeda leader.

Our friend Jonathan Gilliam took issue with senior command’s communication and penned his own letter in response, and it has gotten major media attention. Gilliam discusses it at length with us.

Former CIA Case Officer Robert Baer was a force behind some of our country’s most important foreign policy decisions in his work with the CIA from 1976 to 1997. He was also the inspiration behind George Clooney’s character in the movie, Syriana. We hit some major topics with Robert, and also hear about his latest book, The Perfect Kill: 21 Laws for Assassins.
