Fatal explosion at sports complex in Belgium

There was a fatal explosion at a sports complex in Chimay, Belgium shortly after midnight local time on Friday. One person is dead and at least two people are injured. A large portion of the building collapsed and police fear that more people might be under the debris. There are some reports that it was a gas explosion, but terrorism has not been ruled out yet. More information to follow.
