GunGrips.net does it your way ~VIDEO

One of the fun features of guns with removable grips is changing them to something more personal.  Of course there are the classic and boring over-the-counter options, but what about something that is actually custom?  The folks at GunGrips.net gave us a chance to check out their options.  Unlike other options, these grips are truly custom.

The company owners are a retired couple (including a veteran) who have found a way to occupy their time by making beautiful custom grips.  More than 20 years of experience goes into each set.  The grips are sourced from some of the best grip makers out there and available in aluminum, polymer, and wood.  Once they have the right grips in hand they either laser-etch the desired design or use a UV-cured printer to add the design of your choice.

GunGrips.net also takes care to ensure longevity.  The rosewood grip seen in the video above was coated in a clear cerakote to further protect the image and the wood for many years to come.  They have a wide variety of options for the following handguns:

  • 1911
  • Beretta 92
  • Baby Eagle
  • Desert Eagle
  • Para Ordnance
  • Ruger Mk II
  • Ruger Mk III
  • SIG Sauer
  • Taurus PT 92
  • Various grip screws

Custom grips make a boring gun yours, and also make for a great gift idea for the gun-nut in your life.
