Nick Irving, former Army Ranger and author of “Way of the Reaper” sat down with Drew Dwyer for an interview. In this portion of the interview, Nick said that once he made it to the rank of sergeant, as an NCO (non-commissioned officer) he didn’t want to be “that guy” that ruled by fear. Instead, he developed own kind of leadership style that he used to train new soldiers.

Just finished this book. One of the best non-fiction books I ever read. Also ordered the "The Reaper". Looking forward to that one.

Glad to hear Nick say that the afterward can be as low as the highs were high and that he is in a better place now.
