This is a look into SEAL training (BUD/s), Navy SEAL history and even some about the SWCC (Special Warfare Combatant-Craft Crewman) boat operators. This is an interesting documentary and it gives a good overview of what is needed to become a SEAL. I would also recommend checking out our SOFREP NSWC section that explains SEAL training in depth.
