Moving past the last three week of work into more sport specific training: rucking. This week I’ll be wearing the GORUCK GR1 with the GORUCK 45lb. Plate insert and Nike SFB boots. The following workouts will prescribe a 45lb. Ruck. However, anyone can participate without a weighted pack or with whatever weight they’re comfortable.

Training:

500 x Step ups w/45lb. Ruck (or 250 Step ups)

2nd session:

2 mile Ruck Run/Walk w/45lb. Ruck (record time) 

100 x Push ups

30 x Pull ups
