In our first episode back from the SHOT Show 2014 in Las Vegas, Brandon Webb is joined by fellow SEAL Sniper Instructor Eric Davis (also host of the Loadout Room), and Army Ranger Sniper Nicholas “The Reaper” Irving.

Nick talks about his upcoming autobiography, stories as a Ranger, and his experience at SHOT Show hanging with the guys he served with, as well as the recent release of his signature AR-15, The Reaper 33, put out by Arsenal Democracy. Brandon, Eric, and Nick talk about minorities in SOF, and Nick’s experience as one of the few African-American guys in the SOF community. The three talk about why there seems to be little racial diversity in Special Operations and what can be done to change that so that there is a broader and better selection of warriors in the future.
