REST DAY

You only get so many new years. It’s one of the few days I give myself a pass on diet, drinking, and exercise. So, get out of town early and be with your family – or prepare for your party, whatever it is you’re going to do. So, Have a Happy New Year.

BUT – Here’s your homework over the weekend:

BUT – Here’s your homework over the weekend:

Run 6 – 10 miles at a comfortable pace – but don’t take a break, don’t stop. If you’d like push yourself, good. 

Then, complete 200 push-ups and 100 “V”ups in whatever order and rep count necessary to get the work done.
