Continue to prep for the UBRR and get some speed work in on the runs

Training:

  1. 3 x Pullups 20, 15, 12 reps
  2. 3 x Dips 20, 15, 12 reps. With a 25lb weight tied around your waist
  3. 3 x Situps 50 reps each
  4. 3 x Pushups 50 reps each
  5. 3 x 25-meter Shuttle Run,
  6. 4 x 1-mile Run time each and get an average time

Stretch well after completion
