Continue to prep for the UBRR and get some speed work in on the runs
Training:
- 3 x Pullups 20, 15, 12 reps
- 3 x Dips 20, 15, 12 reps. With a 25lb weight tied around your waist
- 3 x Situps 50 reps each
- 3 x Pushups 50 reps each
- 3 x 25-meter Shuttle Run,
- 4 x 1-mile Run time each and get an average time
Stretch well after completion
