Today’s SOF pic of the day shows two heavy hitters. Here we have Lt. Gen. Braga (former Delta Force), current Commander of the US Army Special Operations Command, and Lt. Gen. Walker (former SAS), the British Deputy Chief of the Defense Staff for Military Strategy and Operations during a recent meeting at Ft. Liberty, NC.

Walker was quoted as saying:

“We follow in the footsteps of giants, and in times of violence, friction, desperation, and peril, we are much better together than apart.”

I think that nicely sums up the work the two SOF communities have performed together in recent conflicts.
