The following video depicts former Navy SEAL Ephraim Mattos alongside other volunteers from the Free Burma Rangers as they storm an ISIS-held house near Mosul, Iraq. According to the video description, the compound housed at least two ISIS fighters who fled into a tunnel as the assault team stormed the dwelling.

Ephraim Mattos, first-person and sporting the AK, is a former Navy SEAL and CEO of Stronghold Rescue & Relief.

Stronghold Rescue & Relief is a non-profit organization that provides humanitarian assistance to those in need in conflict zones.
