I used to think (and tell myself) that I wasn’t good remembering names. Guess what, I wasn’t good at it because I had told myself as much. And we are never going to get better at things we tell ourselves we suck at. Period.
The good news is we can change the conversation we have with ourselves and what we declare in public. If we do that, change can and will happen but it starts with thinking about ourselves differently.
