Everybody knows that Navy SEALs are great problem-solvers. It’s been said that there’s no problem a SEAL can’t resolve with a block of C4.
But a flashlight?
In response to the tragedy that struck the theater in Aurora, CO that fateful night, Brandon wrote a piece called Navy SEAL Lessons Learned From Aurora Colorado, a post which put SOFREP ‘on the map’, so to speak. One thing that got a lot of people talking was Brandon’s recommendation to carry a Surefire P2X Fury Dual Output LED flashlight, and to be prepared to use it to blind an assailant for the few seconds it would take to ‘fight or flight’.
Not a week goes by without a public shooting or senseless violence in the news. Brandon’s post is as relevant today, sadly, as it was two years ago.
Protect yourself and your loved ones. Read Brandon’s recommendations on concealed carry preparation, minor lifestyle changes and how to avoid becoming a victim. You’ll find links in the post to other relevant posts, many of which address the main point – think ahead and be prepared.
