An ISIS-linked hacker whose alleged breach of an American company provided a “kill list” of more than 1,300 U.S. military and government workers has been extradited to the United States, The Hill reports.

Ardit Ferizi, a 20-year-old Kosovo citizen, appeared in federal court in Virginia on Wednesday, The Hill reports. He’d been arrested by Malaysian authorities last October on charges of providing material support to the Islamic State — a charge that carries a 35-year prison sentence.
The Hill reports an ISIS hacking group released a “kill list” last August of what it claimed was information for roughly 1,300 U.S. military and government personnel. Some — but not all — of the material was outdated, The Hill reports.
