As mentioned by the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, “Russia’s bark no longer matches its bite in Ukraine”. The tough rhetoric of Russian President Putin and the Kremlin does not seem to align with the will of the Russian people when it comes to their “special military operation” in Ukraine. This has been evidenced by failed attempts at conscription and numerous protests in the streets of the aggressing nation.

The Russians are running out of everything, including enthusiasm, to continue the battle.
