Watch: An A-10 Strafe an ISIS Armored VBIED in Syria

An A-10 assigned to, Combined Joint Task Force, Operation Inherent Resolve, strafes a Daesh [ISIS/ISIL], BMP-1, Vehicle Borne Improvised Explosive Device near Shadaddi, Syria.

It’s a rare and beautiful site to see the A-10 fulfill its original design purpose of engaging Warsaw Pact armored vehicles with its 30 mm GAU-8/A Avenger Gatling-type cannon. The only thing that can and does make it better is when the armored vehicle in question is filled with Daesh terrorist.
